Walk 100km with your dog in November challenge
About the event
We’re challenging you to exercise for 35 minutes a day in January. You can choose any form of exercise; commit to the same activity every day or keep things moving with different exercises throughout the month.
Walking, running, rowing, squatting, lifting, swimming, dancing, badminton, football, weight training, pilates or yoga… there are so many possibilities to achieve that “New Year, New Me” feeling!
Whether you’re completing the challenge in the gym, at the park, or in your living room, every minute makes a difference.
