Macmillan Grants
There are almost 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK, we want to support customers who are the most deprived in the UK, every one of them needs the best support to meet their unique needs.
All the local authorities selected are in the top four areas for income deprivation in the UK.
We are here to help when you need it
Macmillan Cancer Support has spent more than 100 years helping people living with cancer. We know how a cancer diagnosis can disrupt your whole life - your relationships, your job, your finances and more. And it can be made worse simply because of who you are and where you live. But we’re here to change that.
If you have cancer, you may be entitled to a Macmillan grant that can make a difficult time that little bit easier. These one-off payments of £350 can help cover the extra costs that come with a cancer diagnosis such as travel costs to hospital, clothing or heating bills, so you can focus on your health.
Macmillan grants are available to people with cancer in some local authority areas across the UK, provided they meet eligibility criteria and live within the postcode list below.
