Specialist Services on the Macmillan Support Line
We want to make sure all Scottish Widows customers get the right support to help you practically, emotionally and financially.
Call the bespoke Macmillan Support Line number for free and confidential support, from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week on 08085 013 600.
Macmillan’s trained advisors will listen to your situation and work with you to create a tailored solution to help manage your worries and answer your questions. The 3 areas of the Macmillan Support Line include:
- Money advice (Welfare Rights): Our specialist money advisers can tell you about benefits and other financial support you may be entitled to. Support is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, Saturday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
- Cancer Information Nurse Specialists: Our cancer information nurse specialists are dedicated cancer nurses available for people affected by cancer to provide guidance on your diagnosis and treatment. Support is available 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm.
- Cancer information and support team: Our information and support team can provide general information and emotional support for people living with and affected by cancer, which includes supporting someone with cancer. Support is available 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm.
