Run For All Sheffield Half Marathon
About The Event
With Sheffield being built on seven hills, you'll enjoy a city centre atmosphere for the start and finish, and be rewarded with views of the Peak District as you conquer the climb to Ringinglow.
By 2030, the number of people living with and beyond cancer in South Yorkshire will be 71,000, enough to fill Sheffield Wednesday's stadium nearly twice. Macmillan offers support with over 150 professionals working in the area. However, we couldn't do that without the support of amazing people like you.
How to enter the Sheffield Half Marathon
Secure a charity place in the Sheffield Half Marathon
Bag yourself one of our charity places and help us be there for the 7,760 people diagnosed with cancer every year in South Yorkshire. There is no entry fee and we ask for fundraising pledge of £250 (excluding gift aid).
Our charity places have now sold out but you can join the waiting list and we will contact you if a place becomes available.
Use your own place
If you have bought a place in the race already and would like to run for us, sign up here and we'll get a free Macmillan running top sent to you. There's no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!
£32 can pay for a Macmillan nurse for an hour, helping patients and their families receive essential medical, practical and emotional support.'
