Thank you for helping us do whatever it takes to help everyone with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are.


Thanks to our supporters, we raised £265.4 million, the highest total in our history.

Thanks to your generosity, we can operate the Macmillan Support Line 7 days a week, fund and train Macmillan professionals, campaign for change, and help people living with cancer get the right support for their needs. 

  • In 2025, almost half a million people living with cancer (476,000) used one or more of our information and support services, including our Support Line, information centres, Online Community, website, email support and Buddies service.
  • Our Macmillan nurses and other Macmillan professionals are an integral part of who we are and what we do. By the end of 2025, there were just over 11,100 Macmillan professionals
  • More than 38,000 people who received expert information and emotional support from our Cancer Information and Support team.
  • Our Buddies supported around 3,800 people with cancer across the whole of the UK, providing more than 17,000 sessions of emotional support
