Thank you for helping us make days brighter for people living with cancer.

Thanks to you we can operate the Macmillan Support Line 7 days a week, fund and train Macmillan professionals, like our nurses, campaign for change and help people living with cancer with our crucial services. 

In 2023, thanks to you, an estimated 2.3 million people were reached by our services: 

  • Approximately 730,000 people received support from one or more of our Macmillan nurses, support workers and palliative care nurses. 
  • Around 110,000 people were supported by the Macmillan Support Line.  
  • 3,500 people living with cancer were supported by Macmillan Buddies.  
  • We helped to identity a total of £451 million in financial gains for people with cancer.
  • We also helped many more through our information and support resources – both printed and online. 

Thank you for the incredible difference you make. The impact of your generosity is felt in everything we do. 

Together, we’ll do whatever it takes to help everyone living with cancer live life as fully as they can. This is all thanks to you.

We couldn’t be there for people living with cancer without you by our side. However you choose to help Macmillan please know that you are helping make an incredible difference to the support we can offer to people living with cancer.
