What we do

Cancer Information Nurse Specialists are experienced cancer nurses who give advice and support to people living with cancer.

Our Cancer Information Nurse Specialists can talk you through information about your diagnosis and treatment. We’ll help you understand what to expect from your prognosis and share key information to help you manage symptoms and side effects.

We offer personalised support and answer any questions you might have about things including:

  • Your cancer diagnosis and treatment
  • Tests and monitoring
  • Cancer risks, causes and prevention
  • Symptoms of cancer
  • Side effects
  • What you might expect at end of life
  • Prognosis for your cancer type
  • Coping with grief.
