The Macmillan Ball

Join us

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this year’s Macmillan Ball and contributed to its success – from your generous support we are delighted to announce that we have so far raised over £290,000.

This phenomenal amount is enough to fund a large Macmillan information and support centre for three years, or a Macmillan nurse for five and a half years.

For 2020, we aim to continue to build on this incredible success so whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you. We will be returning for another fantastic evening on Wednesday 25 November and we hope that you will be able to join us for a truly extraordinary evening of celebration to mark The Macmillan Ball’s 30th Anniversary.

With your support, Macmillan hope to raise over £400,000 to ensure that we can be there to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can and help to fund our exceptional Macmillan nurses. Upon arrival, a beautiful Champagne reception will await you, followed by exquisite fine dining, a vibrant live auction and a spectacular line-up of entertainment. This year you can expect to find immersive theming, world-class entertainment and not to forget, money can’t buy prizes.

Reserve your table now by emailing themacmillanball@macmillan.org.uk to avoid disappointment.

Where is the money being spent?

Our priority is to spend as much of the money raised at The Macmillan Ball on services for people living with cancer. On the evening, we will hold a ‘Nurses Pledge’ from which all of the money raised will go towards funding a Macmillan Nurse.
