About The Event
Swim Serpentine is a one-day open water swimming festival staged in the heart of London. Organised by London Marathon Events, the festival is held in and around the beautiful Serpentine in Hyde Park, the venue for the open water swimming competition at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Join us for this iconic swimming event and take a half lap of the Serpentine, a great chance to have your first dip into outdoor swimming.

Event Accessibility
The event offers a safe, inclusive environment for swimmers of all abilities, who we look forward to welcoming to the Serpentine in September. There is not a dedicated para swimmers wave, however if you require help or support on event day, please contact disability@londonmarathonevents.co.uk
Participants with a disability can register to receive a London Classics medal if they complete the London Marathon, the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 and the two-mile distance at the Children with Cancer UK Swim Serpentine.
