About this leaflet

A leaflet and alert card for people having systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT) that can cause serious, life-threatening side effects. This includes chemotherapy and immunotherapy. 

 

The cancer treatment alert card explains the symptoms of anti-cancer treatment and when patients should see a doctor immediately. The leaflet lists some important side effects to look out for. It also tells you what to do if you develop them.
