The help Macmillan provides is funded not only through large UK events but also through local area fundraising. Whether you take part in a listed event or organise one yourself, you will be helping people living with cancer in the UK.

Macmillan in Wales has more than 200 health and social care professionals helping people affected by cancer and their families. We're looking forward to building on our success and raising more money to pay for additional skilled carers in Wales.

We want to work in partnership with the Welsh Assembly and Government to improve cancer services, so that everyone living with cancer receives the best clinical, emotional, financial and practical support.
