The Mammoth Quiz

The Oundle Committee are looking for individuals, local groups and businesses across the UK to host a quiz on 27 February 2026 to raise vital funds in aid of Macmillan to support people affected by cancer.

The Mammoth Quiz is The Oundle Committee’s nationwide quiz, organized by the Oundle Committee, which and has held the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest simultaneous quiz. They need you to help make the 2026 Mammoth Quiz the biggest and best yet!

It's a really fun and easy way to raise money in aid of Macmillan, and you can hold your quiz anywhere from the local pub or bowling club to the office or school.

The organisers of the Mammoth Quiz (the brilliant folks at the Oundle Committee) will provide registrants with a full digital fundraising pack, which includes templates for poster, questions, answers sheet, certificates and more to make your event the success it deserves to be.

Mammoth Quiz has raised over £500,000 – this could help run our Online Community forum for over two years. In this time, approximately one million people affected by cancer in the UK can read and share experiences and support each other on anything to do with cancer – from treatments, to coping with everyday life, to the death of a loved one.
