About the event
Long & short distance swims suitable for all abilities, from 750m to 10k, in one of Scotland’s most beautiful lochs. Loch Tay is a freshwater loch in the central highlands of Scotland, 23km in length. Taymouth Marina is located at the east end of the Loch and provides an ideal base for this Loch Tay Swim events.
How to enter Go Swim: Loch Tay
Secure a charity place
When you sign up with Team Macmillan you will get 50% off your registration fee:
- 750m: £17.50 registration fee + £150 minimum fundraising pledge
- 1500m: £20.00 registration fee + £200 minimum fundraising pledge
- 3000m: £22.50 registration fee + £200 minimum fundraising pledge
- 5000m: £27.50 registration fee + £300 minimum fundraising pledge
- 10,000m: £32.50 registration fee + £400 minimum fundraising pledge

Use your own place
If you have bought a place in the event already and would like to swim for us, sign up here and we'll get a free Macmillan swimming cap sent to you. There's no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!
