How to enter the Men's 10K

We would love to have you join Team Macmillan as the Official Charity for the Men’s 10K 2025 and be part of the sea of green as you complete your run! There are two ways to get yourself signed up:

Secure a charity place at the Men's 10K

Entry is free, but we ask that you pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £150 to support people living with cancer.

Use your own place

If you have bought a place in the Men's 10K already and would like to run for us, sign up here and we'll get a free Macmillan running top sent to you. There's no minimum fundraising pledge, just raise as much as you can!

As a Team Macmillan runner you'll receive:

• Our fundraising pack, access to our online training zone and loads of fundraising tips and tricks.
• Your free Team Macmillan technical running vest or t-shirt, plus iron on letters to customise your kit.
• Regular e-newsletters to keep you up to date with Macmillan's news and activities.
  
   

Most importantly we'll provide you with a reason to keep going because you'll know that you're helping improve the lives of people living with cancer. Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.

Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions before signing up. You must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event to take part.
