London Landmarks Half Marathon

Join Team Macmillan for the London Landmarks Half Marathon and experience the city like never before on a truly unforgettable route! This closed-road route lets you take in the capital’s iconic landmarks while also celebrating its quirky charm and hidden gems of London - and don’t miss the themed cheer points bringing the energy, encouragement and plenty of fun along the way.

Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.

Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions before signing up. You must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event to take part.

At Team Macmillan, we’re committed to making our events as inclusive and welcoming as possible. We’re proud to share that the London Landmarks Half Marathon is open to wheelchair participants and also supports the use of guide runners for those who need them.
