Register for an urgent willIf you require a will urgently for health reasons, please call us on 0800 804 8496 (Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday to Sunday 10am – 5pm) and let the advisor know that you require an urgent will. If you are unable to call, please complete the online form and advise your will writing partner as soon as possible.
Please note, we are unable to provide urgent wills within 1 week. If the Free Will Service is not suitable, we recommend getting in touch with a local solicitor through the Law Society website; England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland. -

Starting your online will: Once you’ve registered, you can start writing your will online straight away. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a copy of the link if you’d rather complete it later. Please refer to the information below for what happens after you’ve submitted your instructions.
