Chichester Gifts in Wills Reception
About This Event
On the day
On the day you will have the opportunity to hear about what we are doing in your area, chat to the Macmillan team and find out how your gift will make a personal difference in the future. We'll be joined 'virtually' by one of our solicitor partners at Irwin Mitchell, who will explain the benefits of having an up to date will and bust some common will writing myths.
There are approximately 31,000 people living with and beyond cancer in West Sussex and we’d like to tell you how your gift will help us do whatever it takes to be there for them.
How Gifts in Wills help
Almost a third of Macmillan’s vital services are funded by gifts in wills. In 2019 we spent £180.8 million on services for people living with cancer. £78 million of that was made possible through gifts in wills.
What will your lasting legacy be?
Why should I join?
Almost a third of our vital services are funded by gifts in wills.
The number of people living with cancer in the UK continues to rise and so every gift we receive is essential. Each one means we’ll be able to keep doing whatever it takes to support people who need us in the future. This includes providing physical, financial and emotional support in your local area.
We understand that this is a big personal decision. We hope that after making sure your loved ones are taken care of, you’ll consider leaving a percentage of your estate to us as well.
