You will also receive an acknowledgement email to let you know we’ve received your request.

If we are unable to make contact with the person you have referred using the details you have provided we may get back in touch.

• Visit the Macmillan Online Community to chat anonymously about the experience of having cancer. Join discussions about everything from managing money, your rights at work, and coping with treatment.
