Our partnership with E.ON Next
We are delighted to partner with E.ON Next. Find out more about how our partnership will help.
About our partnership
A cancer diagnosis can bring many challenges, including increased energy costs. If you're receiving treatment, you may find yourself spending more time at home and using more heating to manage side effects like weight loss, hair loss and fatigue.
All of this can lead to higher energy bills at a time when your income might already be reduced.
We understand how difficult it can be to talk about personal circumstances. That's why Macmillan and E.ON Next have partnered to ensure people living with cancer can access support for energy bills.
As part of our partnership, E.ON Next advisers are receiving specialist training from Macmillan to provide compassionate and informed support for customers affected by cancer.
“We’re incredibly proud to work in partnership with Macmillan to support people living with cancer at some of the most challenging times in their lives. We know that alongside the emotional and physical impact of cancer, financial pressures and energy concerns can quickly become overwhelming. By working together, we’re able to offer compassionate, practical support that helps ease those worries and ensures customers feel understood, supported and not alone. This partnership is a powerful example of how we can make a real difference by putting people at the heart of everything we do.”
