Run 13.1 miles through the pristine, winding streets of historic Oxford. The route begins in the city centre and passes through Old Marston village, the River Cherwell, Oxford University’s impressive Lady Margaret Hall, before finally finishing on Parks Road.

How do I get a place?

There are two ways you can enter the Oxford Half:

Macmillan Charity Place

We would love to have you join our team. We ask you to pledge a minimum sponsorship of £300 and pay a £30 registration fee. To apply, simply click the ‘Get a place’ button and complete our online application form.

Your Own Place

The only public entry ballot is now open. Click here to enter the ballot. If you are successful in securing a place through the race organisers then we would love to have you running for Team Macmillan. Just click the ‘I have my own place’ button and fill out the registration form. There’s no minimum pledge, just raise as much as you can!

Why be part of the Green Team?

As part of Team Macmillan, we’ll support you every step of the way with:

  • A free technical Team Macmillan running top with personalised name letters
  • A fundraising guide and resources
  • Regular e-newsletters keeping you in the loop in the lead up to race day
  • The loudest and most supportive cheerers on the course

Most importantly we will provide you with a reason to put in those months of training and fundraising, because you know that your efforts are going towards improving the lives of people living with cancer in the UK today.
