About the event
L'Etape du Tour de France 2024 is the official sportive of the Tour de France and therefore arguably the biggest and most prestigious amateur ride in the world.
The 32nd edition of L'Étape du Tour de France will be held on 07 July 2024 on the route of the 20th stage of the Tour de France, between Nice and the Col de la Couillole, a 138km route with more than 4,600 metres of ascent, including the climbs of the Col de la Couillole, Col de Braus, Col de Turini and Col de la Colmiane.
Please note that the 2024 edition of L’Étape du Tour de France promises to be one of the toughest of the last 31 editions. The 4,600m of ascent over the 138km route will test your endurance, strength and determination. It's essential that you're well prepared for this challenge.
Taking on a Tour de France route is something you'll never forget. You'll ride on closed roads with thousands of other cyclists, getting as close as possible to riding Le Tour itself!
