Generation Macmillan

By 2020, 1 in 2 of us will have a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime. We now need to work, fundraise and lobby harder than ever before, and we need your help.

If you are in your 20's or 30's, join us, to help shape the future you want to see.

Generation Macmillan is a network for a new generation of supporters who want to connect with what we do, connect with each other and make an incredible impact on the lives of people living with cancer.

If we’re going to ensure people with cancer get the physical, financial and emotional support they need, we have to work, fundraise, and lobby even harder. To create a future where we can support people with cancer to live life as fully as they can, we’re asking you to help.

On 19 June 2019, we hosted our first Generation Macmillan engagement event. The evening was a great success with guests attending from a wide variety of professions.

Toby Peach (pictured above), our fantastic Macmillan voice, who has toured his show ‘The Eulogy of Toby Peach’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, shared his cancer experience while Emma Guise, Macmillan’s Director of Brand and Communications shared insight into why the support of your generation is so vital. Guests also had the opportunity to network with other young professionals passionate about social change.

If you are interested in becoming part of Generation Macmillan, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us at generation@macmillan.org.uk.
