About this booklet

When you are affected by cancer, you may not feel like eating. But it is important that you do. The recipes in this book have been designed for people with cancer who have eating problems. Many of the recipes include ingredients that are high in fat or sugar, to help you get enough energy and maintain your weight during cancer treatment. They are designed to be appetising and to encourage you to eat, even when you don’t feel like it. Most of the recipes are simple and quick to prepare. This is to make it as easy as possible to cook when you are not feeling well. Hopefully they will help you rediscover some enjoyment in eating tasty, nutritious food.
