We provide emotional, physical and practical support to people affected by cancer, whether it is the patient themselves, their families or carers. This can be following diagnosis, after treatment, or anytime after suffering long-term consequences of cancer and its treatment. People can either be referred by a healthcare professional, or they can self-refer to the service.
