About this guide to the GP Contract 2021/22
This PCN DES module supports primary care teams to improve the quality of care they provide for people living with cancer. It enables practices and primary care networks to deliver the requirements of the Primary Care Network Specifications (PCN Spec) and QoF Quality Improvement Projects around early cancer diagnosis.
The early diagnosis and screening modules will help you:
