About This Event
Experience the thrill of jumping from 10,000 feet by taking part in a charity tandem skydive for Macmillan.
Book your skydive
Our preferred skydive provider is Skyline, who will organise all the logistics of your tandem skydive.
There are two fundraising options when booking your skydive:
Raise a minimum sponsorship for your skydive
To join our May Skydiving Weekend, celebrating International Nurses Day, you will need to pay a £70 registration fee (payable directly to Skyline upon registering) and commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £450.
Pay for your skydive yourself
There is no minimum sponsorship target if you have booked to cover your own jump costs. You'll still get the same level of support from us as a charity skydive jumper.
Join us for our May Skydiving Weekend to celebrate and recognise all of the fantastic Macmillan nurses involved in providing specialist care and support for people living with cancer.
Why should I join Team Macmillan for our May Skydiving Weekend?
Whichever way you choose to join Team Macmillan for our May Skydiving Weekend, we’ll be on hand to support you with:
- Our digital fundraising pack with great tips to help you hit your target and training advice best suited your challenge
- A free Team Macmillan top to jump in so you can look the part for your challenge
- Regular e-newsletters to keep you up to date with Macmillan's news and activities
- Access to our friendly Skydiving Facebook Group where you can meet and chat to current Skydivers
- Plus, after you have jumped, you will receive a Skydiving Medal to commemorate your achievement!
Most importantly we'll provide you with a reason to keep going because you'll know that you're helping improve the lives of people living with cancer. Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.
If you have any questions about doing a skydive with Skyline, check out Skyline’s FAQs.
