What distances are there?


  • Sprint Triathlon - Swim 0.75km, Bike 23km, Run 5km

  • Olympic Triathlon - Swim 1.5km, Bike 43km, Run 10km

  • Half Iron Triathlon – Swim 1.9km, Bike 93km, Run 20km


How to enter the Marlow Triathlon


As the exclusive charity partner for the RunThrough Triathlon series, Macmillan Cancer Support offer both Sprint, Olympic and Half Iron Triathlon tickets in the Marlow Triathlon for a reduced entry fee.

Secure a charity place

Our charity places are a great way to make a difference to people living with cancer.

To book your place in the Marlow July Triathlon 2026, click on the ‘Get a Place’ button which will take you to the RunThrough website. All charity triathlon tickets come at a reduced entry cost and with a fundraising pledge.

  • Sprint Triathlon: £30 registration fee and £200 fundraising pledge
  • Olympic Triathlon: £35 registration fee and £300 fundraising pledge
  • Half Iron Triathlon: £50 registration fee and £500 fundraising pledge

Use your own place

Sign up for your own place. There's no minimum fundraising pledge, just raise as much as you can.


If you already have a place in the Marlow Triathlon then you can order your free kit by emailing us. You’ll get all the same incredible support and you're doing something wonderful with your personal challenge.
