Thank you for considering Macmillan Cancer Support as an Executor of your Will. This is a significant role, and we’re honoured that you’re exploring it with us.
To help us understand whether we’re the right organisation to take on this responsibility for you, we need to gather some initial information. A member of our Legacy team will then be in touch within 5 working days to talk everything through and answer any questions you may have.
We appreciate that some of the information we’re asking for is personal. It will be kept secure and only used in relation to your request. Having a few key details in advance can make things much simpler when the time comes, helping us to carry out your wishes smoothly and to do our best to support all your beneficiaries.
There is no obligation to leave a gift to Macmillan when naming us as Executor. However, in some situations (for example, where Macmillan is not a residuary beneficiary) we may decide that we are not the most appropriate Executor. We will always discuss this with you.
Please check the box to indicate that you have read these FAQs and understand the terms (particularly in respect of scenarios where we may have to step down).
By submitting this form, you agree to us using your details to contact you to discuss this request. We will contact you periodically to check the information we hold is up-to-date and we may also ask for your feedback on how we communicate with you, so we can improve the support we provide.
Would you like to be contacted by email or by phone about this request?
We'll use your details to fulfil your request. We may contact you again by post or phone to tell you more about our services and other ways you can help, including opportunities to donate, volunteer or fundraise.
Please let us know if you're also happy to hear from us by email and text.
We promise to keep your details safe and never sell or swap them with anyone. Our privacy policy explains how we keep this promise. If you don't want to hear from us, or change your mind about how we contact you, email contact@macmillan.org.uk or call 0300 1000 200.
