How we work with suppliers

In Macmillan we work with over 1,200 suppliers, based on our 2023 spend information.

Our supplier portfolio is diverse, with a significant percentage of our suppliers dedicated to supporting corporate services.

We also have a range of suppliers across marketing, fundraising, sales, and IT and telecom services. The remaining suppliers are distributed across various other supplier categories, ensuring comprehensive support for all aspects of our operations.

Supplier opportunities

We will be sharing upcoming supplier opportunities for 2025. Further information will be shared here when it is available.

Expressions of interest

If you are interested in working with Macmillan or have a general query, please complete our supplier enquiry form.

This information will be kept on our records and will be reviewed periodically. If it is a query, then we will aim to respond to you as soon as possible.

Supplier code of conduct

As an organisation we strive to operate to high ethical standards, and we recognise that we have a responsibility to consider the impact of our operations on others.

Responsible procurement is crucial for ensuring that our charitable initiatives are sustainable and ethical. By carefully selecting suppliers who meet our expectations not only promote positive social and environmental impacts but also enhance the trust and integrity of our organisation.

Our supplier code of conduct outlines our expectations for suppliers working with Macmillan.

Conditions of purchase

Macmillan has standard conditions of purchase that are terms and conditions primarily used for low-risk contractual arrangements with suppliers.

These will govern the relationship between Macmillan and the supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note, there are situations in which we use more detailed, service-specific terms and we will provide these, for you to review in advance of such purchases, where relevant.
