Our partnership with Topps Tiles

In January 2015, Topps Tiles, the UK’s leading tile and wood floor specialist, launched a five year partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support following a staff vote for a new charity partner.

Throughout the partnership, Topps Tiles will be enlisting the support of colleagues, customers and suppliers to raise money for people affected by cancer.

For the first time, Topps Tiles intends to partner up with Pennies, a pioneering electronic donation box system, which allows customers to ‘round up’ the amount when they make a purchase and donate it to Macmillan. Macmillan’s trademark green wristbands and other merchandise are also available in-store for customers to purchase.

Topps Tiles colleagues will be organising a series of fundraising events and activities in their 340+ stores across the UK. These include an Easter bake sale, a week of summer-themed fundraising and of course, World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

Topps Tiles will also be making Macmillan the beneficiary of its annual Christmas Tile Competition, whereby store colleagues create Christmas scenes using tiles. Team Macmillan has also gained a number of participants as Topps Tiles colleagues sign up for various challenges, from the London Marathon to the Great Manchester Run.
