Different treatments can be used for stomach cancer depending on the stage of the cancer and your general health. Your doctors will discuss with you which treatment they think will be most appropriate for your situation.
Treatment is usually planned by a multidisciplinary team including a surgeon, cancer specialist and specialist nurse

Surgery is an important treatment for some people with stomach cancer.

Some people with advanced cancer may be offered biological therapies
