This AHP initiative looked at reviewing prehab/rehab services in Somerset Wiltshire Avon and Gloucester and aimed to meet government metrics for care.

Podiatry and cancer at Tiptoe Foot Care
Set up by podiatrist Afni Shah-Hamilton at Tiptoe Foot Care in London to raise awareness in clinics about the impact of cancer diagnosis and treatments on the legs and feet.

This initiative aimed to support the government with their post coronavirus recovery plan and actions about prehabilitation. Developing and evaluating the standard for rehabilitation in Scotland.

Prehab Pathways and Rehabilitation service was set up to deliver 3 prehabilitation projects in colorectal, pancreatic, and bone marrow transplant rehabilitation.

Set up to look at the rehabilitation offering at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, with a focus on using existing resources.

Late effects service in Nottingham

The aim was to transform the late effects service for patients at Nottingham University Hospital. Meeting with patients before they experienced the effects of treatment was key.
