Cancer Talk Week
Get your school talking
Cancer Talk Week is Macmillan’s annual awareness-raising week held at the end of January. We want schools up and down the country to get talking and help us raise awareness of a disease that affects us all.
Why take part?
By getting involved in activities during Cancer Talk Week, you can increase pupils' awareness and understanding of cancer. Give your class the chance to learn the facts and ask questions about cancer so they are better able to cope if it affects them - now or in the future.
How to take part
Simply order your Talking about cancer toolkit and tick the box to tell us you plan to take part in Cancer Talk Week. We’ll make sure you get more information and resources later this year and a certificate worthy of any notice board after the event.
Ways to get involved:
We’d love to hear how you are taking part in Cancer Talk Week, please drop us a line and let us know what your class or school has planned.
Join us and be part of something big.
