Coffee Morning social media assets

1. In the Instagram app, click on the + (plus sign button) on the top left corner.
2. Slide on the bottom to chose if you want to upload a post or a story.
3. Click the box on the bottom left corner. It should show your latest photo you have saved on your phone.
4. Find the asset you would like to use and select it.
5. If you are creating a post, select next until you see the 'Add a caption' option. You may want to add details about your event here such as where and when it will take place, and if you would like people to bring food and drinks.
6. If you are creating a story, you can use the different editing tools to add any information you want alongside the asset. Then please the blue > button to share your story.

To share the social media asset to your Facebook simply:

1. Go to create a post on your Facebook homepage. Select 'Photo' or 'Photo/video' option.
2. Add 1 of the social media assets by selecting it from the folder or place where you saved it.
3. Add in the details about your Coffee Morning. For example, where and when it will take place and if you would like people to bring food and drinks. You could also add a link to your JustGiving fundraising page so people can donate if they can't attend.
4. When you're happy with the copy, click post!

In a chat

1. In WhatsApp, open the chat
2. At the bottom, select the camera icon.
3. Select the WhatsApp asset you downloaded. Then add a caption will all the details about your Coffee Morning such as where and when it will take place. You could also include a link to your JustGiving page.
4. Select the green send message button.

As an update

1. In WhatsApp, select Updates at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on add a status. Select the WhatsApp asset you downloaded. You can add a caption with all the details of your Coffee Morning.
3. Select the green send message button.

1. Create a new email
2. Select the 'Insert' tab then click 'Signature' and select 'Signatures...' from the drop down menu.
3. Select the signature you would like to edit. In the text box, click the icon of an image (inset pictures inline). Then select the Coffee Morning signature image.
4. You should be able to resize the image by clicking on it. You could also add information about your Coffee Morning above or below the image.
5. If you want to make it so when people click on the image it goes to your JustGiving page, right click on the image and then select the insert hyperlink button. A pop-up will appear where you can add your link.
