The Thanks to You Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of those who give their time, energy and experience to Macmillan and people affected by cancer. We want to recognise their contributions and the impact that they are having through the Thanks to You Awards.
At the end of 2022, we received over 170 nominations of some truly inspirational people. The nominees were whittled down by our judging panel, they are made up of representatives from different parts of Macmillan (both staff and volunteers), who have a range of backgrounds and experiences.
You can see the full list of finalists on our website. In the run-up to the ceremony, we will be profiling and sharing the inspiring stories of all our finalists.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 1 June in Birmingham, and we look forward to sharing photos and stories from the day.
Once again, congratulations to all the finalists at this year’s Thanks to You Awards 2023. We are so proud to have such a strong volunteering community at Macmillan Cancer Support and we thank everyone for their contribution to the work we do.
