Beverley Howard, Managing Editor of Mac Voice, on shaping your magazine
Thank you to everyone who responded to our reader survey back in December.
As I start this issue as managing editor of Mac Voice, the results give me a good grounding to know what you think about the magazine and what you want from it in future. We received plenty of insightful comments and ideas that will help us to shape future issues. You can read more about the results here.
One of the key points that came out of the survey was that one third (34%) of respondents were not aware that Mac Voice is available to read online. We’re in the process of gathering feedback of what people think of the digital edition, and combining it with data about how many people visit the web pages and which articles are most popular. We will reveal our findings - and what we plan to do with them - in a future issue.
Now it’s over to you - this is your magazine, written by you and your peers - and we can only continue to improve with your help. If you’d like to write for Mac Voice, contact me with your idea. We’re keen to hear from Macmillan professionals from across the UK, and from all specialisms and areas of work. You don’t need to be an experienced writer, as we can support you as much as you need to get your experiences from practice to print (and screen).
Enjoy the read, and let me know what you think - both good and bad - the survey isn’t the only chance to send your feedback.
