Macmillan and Citizens Advice are providing a specialist welfare benefit service to anyone diagnosed with cancer or their carers. The service is free to all clients irrespective of means. Anyone can refer clients, and referrals to other specialist advice such as housing, employment and debt will be made as required. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently unable to offer a home visiting service for the foreseeable future, we will instead be offering telephone and e-mail advice. As at October 2020 we are not providing an outreach service at the Seamoor Unit and Fern Centre, North Devon District Hospital, but hope to resume this service as soon as it is possible.

There is a 24 hour answer phone. Appointments are made by each individual Caseworker Monday to Friday according to availability.
