  • Cancer and body image

Cancer can affect your body image. We have advice for you.

TONI&GUY is working in partnership with Macmillan to provide specialist hair care for people affected by cancer. Strength in Style consultants, who have been specially trained in the effects of cancer treatment on hair, can help you with choosing, adjusting and cutting your wig. They can also offer advice as your hair grows back. The training also makes sure that the stylists understand the emotional and practical side of hair loss due to cancer treatments.

The programme aims to ensure that people affected by cancer have access to a salon in their area, where a trained professional can provide specialist support and advice on hair care. There are experienced staff in over 100 salons nationwide and your first consultation is free of charge. Visit TONI&GUY salon finder and to find a salon near you.
