Practical help and support groups

Our group meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month 10:00-11:30 at Whipps Cross Hospital, Whipps Cross Road, E11 1NR in B7 opposite the eye treatment centre (cross the zebra crossing and approach the blue doors). We sometime have set discussions and have health professionals come and talk. Other times it is more of a befriending/ advice & information Centre to support each other in a safe environment. It is for any patient diagnosed with prostate cancer at any stage of treatment/ recovery as well as the families and relatives. We always have the Macmillan Centre lead present at our meetings. She is able to offer/ refer patients to other services.

Any patient diagnosed with prostate cancer at any stage. Medical advice/ information. Macmillan Centre lead and CNS will always be present to answer any questions and to refer patients to any additional services.
