ToCTogether Guildford

Practical help and support groups

Our ToC Together group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month between 7-9pm at the TurnFit Studios in 2 Bridge Street, Guildford GU1 4RY with close connections to both rail and bus services and with a small car park adjacent. There is a small intimate café on arrival and evenings vary starting with members’ time where we can share experiences and help each other to education and entertainment with therapist, scientist and celebrity guest speakers, with a chance to do some gentle exercise for those that want to. There are no bookings or fees and we organise at least one day or evening out together each year to a theatre or place of interest. We also offer ToC Fit exercise classes every Friday morning from 10.30 with specially qualified trainers to help patients in treatment or recovery at the same venue.
