Our service provides advice and support for people affected by cancer, including carers and relatives, experiencing work related issues who live in the SCAN region (Lothian, Fife, Dumfreis and Galloway and Borders).

Our service provides advice and support for people affected by cancer, including carers and relatives, experiencing work related issues who live in the SCAN region (Lothian, Fife, Dumfreis and Galloway and Borders). We can provide guidance and support to help you stay in your current job, or return to work after treatment. We will advise on the options available to you and can point you in the direction of other sources of support. We provide a daily clinic at the Edinburgh Cancer Centre in the Western General Hospital and can also arrange appointments at the Astley Ainslie Hospital (south of Edinburgh) and locally. We offer: An opportunity to discuss concerns around work and health. Access to employment rights advice.Access to expert occupational therapists. Assistance to create a return to work plan

    Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm. No appointment required.
