Practical help and support groups

PCSA Kent is a registered charity that supports men, their partners and family who have been affected by prostate cancer. We offer a telephone helpline manned by volunteers with personal experience of prostate cancer (we are not able to give any medical advice). Our core group meets on the last Wednesday of the month (apart from December) at The Education Centre, Kent & Canterbury Hospital, Ethelbert Road, Canterbury CT1 3NG. 10.00 - 12.30. There is time to chat to other members and there is usually a talk from a health professional on a relevant topic. We also organise social events for members and their families. The group has a fund raising section that raises money to buy equipment for urology and oncology departments in Kent hospitals.
