A specialist NHS cancer rehabilitation team supporting adults - men and women affected by breast, prostate, haematological, or colorectal cancer living in Gloucestershire. We are an NHS multi professional team who help people affected by cancer to not just live beyond a cancer diagnosis but to live well. We recognise that having a cancer diagnosis and its subsequent treatments can cause issues including: fatigue, worry, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbance, decreased physical activity, pain, changes in body image and identity, weight gain and fear of recurrence and the future. Through 1:1 and group support, our service aims to address these issues giving people the knowledge, tools and confidence to move forward and take control despite the challenges that many individuals face.
