Our group meets in volunteer members homes on the 1st Monday of the month unless it's a bank holiday then usually a Tuesday, between 2-4pm. We are an informal group that chat and support to patients (and their families if required), We can also direct to other agencies, should people require help outside our scope. Occasionally we have speakers on subjects relevant to the members.
Breast cancer in women
Bosom friends is a friendly and informal Breast Cancer Support Group for women diagnosed with breast cancer, and are currently being treated, or have completed treatments in the past. Our help line is available to advise about related problems, the group or just a listening hear. We welcome patients, family or friends, male or female to call, but suggest only ladies can attend the meetings.
