Physical Activity Service
As part of the Move More Scotland Programme, Move More Aberdeenshire is a scheme to help you get and stay active. From gardening and walking groups to gentle movement and circuit classes, there is something for everyone. All the activities are free of charge and you’ll be with others who know what you are going through. Taking part in physical activity during and after cancer treatment can play a huge part in enabling you to take back control. It can help you prevent and manage some of the effects of treatment, such as fatigue, depression, muscle wasting and risks to your heart health.
