Practical help and support groups

RAYS of HOPE is a Cancer Support Group, providing a safe, confidential environment where you can openly talk about your cancer journey with others who have had a similar experience. Based at The Rainbow Centre, 27 Byres Road, Elderslie on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00a.m. to 3.00p.m. Check out our FB page for details of WHAT’S ON. We have a drop in where you can pop in for a cuppa and a chat, or some of our many regular activities such as light exercise with a fully qualified instructor from Renfrewshire Leisure, followed by tea and a chat. Craft activities, a walking group, cooking, massage, relaxation, creative writing, dominoes, knitting & crochet, scrap booking. If you like to sing, we are starting a singing group in May.

If you have recently been diagnosed, are recovering from cancer treatment, or recovered many years ago, and feel the need for support come along and join us. If you would like any more information please call Linda on 07305747323.
