We also connect with our local community centres, sports centres, choir, dance groups etc and they are ‘Macmillan connections friendly locations’ in which you can go to, with a connected friend or friends
Macmillan Connections is about people connecting with people. We know it’s difficult to get back your confidence, energy and motivation after undergoing treatment for cancer and that it’s common to feel lost or isolated. That’s why we have developed Macmillan Connections to help you link with others in the same situation with shared interests- that could be anything from our walking groups, yoga, crafts, make up events and our allotment, etc- the choice is yours! Family members can also join Macmillan Connections- just ask for more details. For more detailed information please contact the centre-between 9am-4pm tel:0161 291 4876 or firstname.lastname@example.org
