Practical help and support groups

The Cranwell befriending Group offer practical and/or emotional support to people affected by cancer, or their carers, in the Cranwell and Sleaford area. Practical support could include help with housework or light gardening tasks, shopping or fetching prescriptions. They offer support to anyone affected by any type of cancer. The service is initially once a week for 6 weeks, then reviewed. A further period of 6 weeks can be offered if necessary. Support is offered Monday to Friday 9am to 7.30pm. The area covered is 10 miles radius of Cranwell village, but give us a ring and we will help if we can if you are just outside the area.

The service supports anybody affected by cancer in the Cranwell and Sleaford area.

  • Home visiting
