A programme of specialist exercise classes that provide a safe and effective opportunity for people affected by cancer to get back into and benefit from physical activity. . Regular physical activity can help you throughout your cancer journey and aid recovery.

The group exercise classes are specifically designed for individuals who have had cancer and are led by fully qualified specialist exercise instructors. Classes consist of a gentle circuit-based routine involving cardiovascular, lower body and upper body exercises. They are suitable for all abilities and the exercises will be adapted to individual needs and fitness level. You must be referred by a health professional to join this scheme and bring the completed referral form with you to your first class. There is a small charge for classes.
