Bath Buddies provides people affected by cancer with practical help around the home and local area during and post their cancer treatment. A volunteer will provide short to medium term support, visiting once a week for a couple of hours, initially for up to 12 weeks but will extend if there is a need.

Bath and West Wilts Buddies provides people affected by cancer with practical help around the home and local area during and post their cancer treatment. A volunteer will provide short to medium term support, visiting once a week for a couple of hours. We initially offer support for up to 12 weeks but will extend if there is a need. They can help with the everyday tasks that we take for granted when we’re fit and healthy, but can become difficult when you’re dealing with the side effects of your cancer treatment. So whether it’s doing some light cleaning, keeping the garden under control, doing the shopping, or just sitting and having a chat, we’re happy to help. The service is for people with a cancer diagnosis across all cancer sites. It is open to people living in Bath and North East Somerset and West Wiltshire. We operate from 9.00am to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday.
