Practical help and support groups

The service is for people (18+) living alone or who are carers.

Our volunteers can help support people who have recently received a cancer diagnosis and/or are receiving treatment and who live in Durham and the surrounds.

We offer:

  • Befriending
  • Home visiting
  • Signposting to other services
